Resin grade, tooling and application determine suitability, including injection-moldable UHMW and BPA-free options. Virgin resin, regrind and recycled/reprocessed polycarbonate use follow customer requirements. Closed-loop chillers recirculate process cooling water.

Engineering and early-stage support
Engineering support includes conversion of steel to plastic, color and foam molding options, lean manufacturing and waste reduction.
